What you can expect…
Our programme has been designed to give individuals a wide range of skills and experience. You’ll initially be assigned to one of our operating companies where you’ll spend your first 6 months before rotating to a different area of the business. We anticipate that one of your placements will take place overseas, within Europe.
We believe passionately in developing our people. So, if you’re successful in your application, you’ll receive a tailored personal development plan which will include project and leadership skills training. We will also provide you with support to gain Chartered status or a similar level relevant qualification.
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive support from a strong network. This will include a buddy, a mentor and your HR contact, as well as on-going coaching from your line manager.

What qualifications do I need?
• Educated to degree level
• We welcome applications from graduates who have already gained some vocational experience
• Ability to speak at least one other European language would be highly desirable
