1.    FIELD SALES MANAGEMENT ROLES

For graduates with drive and ambition

We are looking to recruit dynamic French and German graduates with excellent language skills. You need to be a native French or German speaker with fluent English to undergo a 2 year graduate training programme in sales and management. After initial training in the UK, you will become a Sales Manager in France or Germany helping franchisees to develop their business.

To succeed as a European Sales Manager you will need:
•    The drive and desire for a career in field sales
•    Keenness for development and responsibility at a fast rate
•    The desire to train and work both in the UK and Europe
•    Charisma and ability to enthuse and motivate others
•    Full driving licence

Sales experience is not required – we have 25 years experience of running very comprehensive sales training and personal development programmes for graduates.

A high degree of travel will be expected from this role within the region and globally.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICES  ROLES

For bi-lingual graduates (English and French) with first class communication skills

At Autosmart we centralise all of the functions traditionally carried out by PA’s into the Customer Service Department.  This means that as well as being a key role in front line communication, our Customer Service Team provides full operational and administrative back up to our Customers, Sales Managers and Directors.

The role is ideally suited to candidates with strong written and spoken French with PA experience, or a business related degree with admin skills.

To succeed as an ambassador you will need:
•    To love working in a busy team environment and thrive on meeting deadlines
•    Keenness for development and responsibility at a fast rate
•    Good communication and telephone skills
