The E-Financial Careers Investment Challenge sponsored by Fidelity International test your strengths against students from the most prestigious universities and business schools in Europe.  With a £1,000,000 fantasy fund, you have 3 months to pit your wits in the financial markets. Success will see you rewarded with great prizes and career enhancing opportunities. Play it seriously or play it for fun, either way you;ll end up knowing more about investing in the financial markets than you did before. How our business fits into the Investment Challenge Fidelity;s portfolio managers make their investment decisions for the mid- to long-term, based on in-depth research on the outlook for companies. It is typical for a Fidelity portfolio manager to hold a share for between 18 and 24 months. They do not trade in and out of shares daily. So no commission charges will apply to any securities you purchase in the first four weeks of the challenge. However, after that point any changes to the portfolio will be subject to commission charges. We will also provide some feedback during the challenge on the top performing securities and worst performing so pay attention to what our experts think.

 Registration

The registration period will be open from the 16 June 2008 until the 22 August 2008. Don’t forget to encourage your friends to sign up, by using the ‘refer a friend’ function.

Participation is free  and players must have a valid email address.  The Investment Challenge is a cost and risk free way to invest and improve your trading skills.
