First year salary packages for successful salespeople will often be between £30,000 to £40,000 with the best earning more than £50,000.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have the ability to communicate
• Excel under pressure
• Can present persuasive arguments
• Have the ability to influence and persuade
• Can demonstrate ambition and drive
• Have studied to degree level (final year students welcomed)
• Have not graduated longer than 5 years ago

If you feel you possess some or all of these characteristics, we want to hear from you. After an initial consultation, we’ll invite you to our assessment centre, where you’ll start learning the latest sales techniques and methodologies. If you succeed at the centre, we’ll go about placing you into some of the most progressive companies in the UK, with a real commitment to employment and graduate promotion.
