Typical Allegis Group recruiter job duties include:
• Developing recruiting strategies to locate and select qualified applicants
• Verifying the skills and qualifications of job candidates
• Overseeing the pre-engagement processes
• Managing Allegis Group relationships with Technical Professionals while on assignment
• Negotiating wages and other hiring terms with clients and candidates
• Partnering with business development managers to identify new accounts, target skills, account potential and other business opportunities
• Communicating with peers by sharing 'best practices' and properly documenting contractor relationship and transactions in various business systems applications
• Performing other duties as required
Qualified Recruiter candidates must:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or related sales experience or a recruiting background.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Have a desire to learn and advance in a target driven, sales environment and be capable of regularly using independent judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
• Be currently authorised to work in the UK.
