Anglo Irish Bank is the fourth largest company listed on the Irish stock exchange and the fourth largest Property Lending Bank in the UK. In January 2006, we were named the world’s top performing bank over the past 5 years.

With its European headquarters in London, the bank operates in three core areas- property lending, treasury and wealth management.

Our programme provides the opportunity for graduates to gain experience in the UK’s core divisions of Property Lending and Treasury, supported by a sound knowledge of the operational processes.

This 12 month programme will incorporate:
• Off-site induction;
• 4-monthly rotations between major departments;
• Tailored training programme on key business aspects;
• Away days with professional advisors;
• Regular meetings with assigned mentor;

Graduates wishing to apply for the programme should have an honours degree and a strong and continuing interest in financial services.
