We are seeking exceptional graduates with drive and ambition who aspire to become leaders, technical specialists and innovators.   You should be expecting or have achieved a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree subject with good A Levels or equivalent qualifications.  Automotive or industry experience would be advantageous and a second language, particularly German, would be beneficial.
