Company Profile

ABOUT EXP

ExP exist to help you be successful in a sales career. We work with technology startups to help them find, train and coach graduates for their sales teams. We are a small, friendly company who have coaches who have been in sales roles in different tech businesses across the UK, Europe and the US, now focused on helping you find, and be successful in your first, and future sales roles!

Jobs through ExP

We work with jobs with a number of titles, from Sales Development Rep, Customer Acquisition to Account Manager, but typically the roles are quite similar. You will be a part of a team in a start-up, responsible for helping other businesses identify their challenges, and sharing how your business can help them solve those challenges.

You will be trained on sales skills, the products and industry you are working in and have the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders in the companies you are in. Although not a ‘graduate programme’, these graduate level jobs are incredible opportunities to learn from the training, and more importantly the exposure to highly effective operators in real, growing businesses.

You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, contributing to that growth, identifying areas of opportunity and helping others on that journey of growth. Typically, these opportunities are gateways not only into Sales, but Marketing, Customer Success and more within these businesses.

Community and Coaching

ExP graduates are welcomed into a community of Tech Sales Professionals, gaining access to our internal coaches, a WhatsApp community of peers and more. We encourage you to make the most of this resource and the network to become the best version of yourself and as successful as possible in your new role.

Who are you?

We look for some key attributes that we have learned make the biggest difference in success in these roles. We want people who are hungry for success, even if you don’t quite know what that is yet. People that are humble and coachable. And finally, people skills are key to the roles we place people in.

Typically, people we place will have worked before, during school or university, come from a range of subject backgrounds and love talking to people.
