Graduate Training Scheme
When you join our graduate training scheme you will enter into a one-year program containing:

An 8 week training program that will certify you as an official SAP Associate Consultant straight from the start of your employment.
A second, specialized certification in one other functional module of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. compensation management, performance and goal management, learning management, recruitment or on-boarding, Workforce Analytics)
Separate functional courses on HR Technology, project management, consulting skills and functional deepdives in various HR subjects.
Shadowing experienced consultants on Implementation projects.
Exposure to ticket handling for our HelpMyCloud support customers.

After a successful first year, we strive to promote you to the function of Prime Consultant, where you will directly engage with our clients, supported by our senior staff. Naturally, the learning does not stop there as you will be encouraged to develop yourself as a well-rounded consultant delivering cutting-edge technology for Human Capital Technology solutions.

VERITAS PRIME – CASE STUDY 1

Hello! My name is Chris Larson and I graduated from Clarkson University in 2017 with a background in engineering and project management. I am now an SAP SuccessFactors consultant at Veritas Prime with the title of Prime Associate Member. I hold certifications in two SuccessFactors modules, Employee Central and Learning Management, but I mostly consult and implement Learning with our clients. This all started in early October of 2017, when I began a version of the graduate training scheme with two other individuals. Since then, I have been exposed to an immense amount of training and development, which has prepared me for the full-time client work that I am now engaged in.

I have been exposed to many experiences since I began employment with Veritas Prime. It began with in-depth training to understand the core of the SuccessFactors products, which is key to becoming a consultant. This included web-based training, hands on work within SuccessFactors, and an intensive case study to test our technical knowledge as well as our professionalism, business acumen, and consulting aptitude. Once I had successfully completed the case study and all associated training, I began shadowing experienced consultants at Veritas Prime. This involvement was invaluable and led to many other experiences such as client projects, traveling for client engagements, and SAP’s annual conference known as SuccessConnect. Consulting can be a demanding environment at times, but Veritas Prime has given me the tools and support to be successful.

The Veritas Prime culture is one that I am very proud to be a part of. Our five core values of teamwork, commitment, innovation, entrepreneurship, and transparency are exercised day in and day out by all of our consultants. Although much of our workforce is not centralised to a single office, we actively engage in email, chat, and screenshare applications like Zoom so we are always connected. Everyone in our growing company is very friendly and willing to lend a helping hand.
