Janvi Gorsia
Associate Capital and Term Issuance,  Lloyds Banking Group

Janvi began her career on the Finance Graduate Scheme at Lloyds Banking Group in 2020, gaining broad exposure and diverse skills within the bank. This experience led to her current role in the Capital and Term Issuance team, where she manages the bank’s capital structure and long-term funding. Her work demands both technical expertise and strategic insight, making her transition from graduate to finance professional both challenging and rewarding.

Alexis Koko
Senior Risk Analyst Model Development, Co-Operative Bank

Alexis Koko is a seasoned data specialist with over five years of experience in data analytics, credit risk management, and risk modelling. She holds an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from The University of Hull, where she graduated with distinction, and a B.Eng. in Petroleum and Gas Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Alexis excels at turning complex data into actionable insights through her expertise in statistical analysis and risk management.

Andriana Stampoli
Senior researcher, Odgers Berndtson

Andriana is a senior researcher at Odgers Berndtson, specializing in placing executive and non-executive directors in financial services sectors like fintech, retail banking, and insurance. She previously worked at a boutique firm, placing strategy consultants in private equity roles. She holds an MSc from LSE and a BSc from Warwick. As Co-Head of Student Engagement for Women in Banking and Finance’s Future Leaders Shadow Board, she supports students pursuing careers in finance and advocates for increased diversity in the sector.
