At Austin Fraser, our grads progress faster than you imagine. Just ask Millie Tompkins, one of our current grads. She’s only been with us for about 18 months after graduating in Environment Management at the University of Birmingham, but has already progressed from a Trainee to a Consultant role in just 3 months, and gained her Senior title the very next year… which is no mean feat! On top of that, she’s also won our Top Rookie Award, picked up a couple of major incentives including a trip to Vegas, and landed the runner up prize in our Top Biller UK Awards. Phew.
