Placements available
We take approximately 200 placement students every year across our business in the UK. These cover almost all of our departments, from Engineering functions such as Mechanical and Automotive, to business functions such as Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Communications.

We offer opportunities for either 6 or 12 months.

Graduate Opportunities
As a graduate you can join our business in a wide variety of different departments. We also offer the opportunity to join our Graduate Specialist Programme, a 2 year scheme aimed at sourcing and developing potential future managers and specialists primarily in the Engineering functions. Engineering functions include Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Materials, Elecrtical & Design. We also offer commercial opportunities in Finance & Marketing.
