Boss Professional Services Ltd are an established recruitment consultancy based in Oval, London. Operating since 2014 we have seen consistent growth by over 50% year on year in relation to staff, turnover and profit. We are now looking to increase personnel headcount in certain areas of our business including Medical Devices, Specialist IT & Energy/Ship Building divisions.
We are a privately-owned business with 18 staff members and the same goal in mind, work hard and have fun!
On joining our business, you will work closely with one of sector account managers who you’ll shadow for the first three months. You will be trained in various search and selection techniques, candidate management and offer management along with how to develop personal candidate networks. Once you’re established in candidate resourcing you will be given the opportunity to develop your own clients to become a fully-fledged 360 recruitment consultant.
