The KTSA is an alliance of schools and colleges across the coastal & rural county of Cornwall. The breadth and depth of experience of our partners spans all educational phases and sectors. We are focussed on providing high quality support for our partners and beyond, raising the aspirations of our students and staff with the key priority of having a positive impact on student outcomes.
Our alliance has strength in the delivery of strong system leadership and uses evidenced based improvement strategies to impact on performance. We engage with local, regional and national partners to ensure that we have a clear knowledge of the particular issues facing our coastal county within a global perspective of the future that we are preparing out students for. Through a wide experience of successful school improvement the partnership is coming from a position of strength and has a clear idea of ‘what works’ and will work to its strengths continuing to make a local and regional impact.
