The programme starts with a two-week Talent Academy, where we’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to begin your rewarding career in the property industry, including:

- Booking and conducting viewings

During these initial weeks, your skills will be put to the test via a variety of methods, including interactive role-plays, on-the-job training, and short tests.
Your graduation from the Talent Academy into the Trainee Negotiator role is the start of your six-month journey towards becoming a Sales or Letting Negotiator. Our programme will further enable you to rise to Senior Negotiator within 12 months, and a Manager within 18-24 months.
We take development very seriously, which is why your training will continue throughout your career. We’ll cover the following areas:
