MidlandHR is an independently owned, leading provider of Talent Management, HR and Payroll software and outsourcing services based in Ruddington, Nottingham. Due to our continued success, we are looking to recruit a bright Graduate to join our Graduate Management Programme.
Our two-year graduate management programme gives graduates an unparalleled opportunity to experience a range of business areas in one of the UK’s most successful software and outsourcing companies.
Programme Structure
During your 24 month placement you will undertake 3 projects lasting 8 months within the discipline of your choice. You will then have the opportunity to progress to a junior management role or apply for a permanent opportunity within MHR.

Minimum Requirements
As a minimum all candidates must meet the following requirements. In addition we will be looking for strong aptitude, adaptability and enthusiasm for business.
- 2.1 degree in any subject (achieved in the last three years or predicted)
- Strong A-Level results
- A keen interest in business and/or technology
