This can be through educational training, collaboration with our partners like Marketing Science or exclusive access to test the latest new products.

Juliana Damasco
TikTok Product Marketing

Currently, at TikTok, Juliana develops product marketing strategies for major players in entertainment and consumer goods. Her background includes roles at Klarna, Warner Brothers, advertising agencies, and her own businesses. She specializes in branding, digital strategies, partnership development, and campaign management.

Junn Wei Tan
Regulatory Consultant, Deloitte

Junn is a Consultant in the EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy, focusing on cross-sector conduct regulations. Specialist topics include Consumer Duty, Diversity and Inclusion, ESG reporting, and Buy-Now Pay-Later. Before joining Deloitte, Junn interned at UBS. Junn holds an Msc in Political Economy of Late Development with LSE and Bachelors of Social Sciences and Business Management from Singapore Management University.

Cansu Dilek
Marketing Executive, Emerchantpay

Cansu is currently working at Emerchantpay as a Marketing Executive and previously worked at Barclays for 2 years. She has a degree from UCL in History, Politics and Economics. She is a blockchain enthusiast and is in the organisation committee of Tokenization UK. Outside of work, she loves all things tennis.

Alexis Koko is a seasoned data specialist with over five years of experience in data analytics, credit risk management, and risk modelling. She holds an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from The University of Hull, where she graduated with distinction, and a B.Eng. in Petroleum and Gas Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Alexis excels at turning complex data into actionable insights through her expertise in statistical analysis and risk management.

Janvi Gorsia
Associate Capital and Term Issuance, Lloyds Banking Group

Janvi began her career on the Finance Graduate Scheme at Lloyds Banking Group in 2020, gaining broad exposure and diverse skills within the bank. This experience led to her current role in the Capital and Term Issuance team, where she manages the bank’s capital structure and long-term funding. Her work demands both technical expertise and strategic insight, making her transition from graduate to finance professional both challenging and rewarding.

Yoyo Yau
Senior Data, Analytics & AI Consultant, Baringa Partners

Yoyo is a Senior Consultant at Baringa, specializing in Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives within the Financial Services sector. She works closely with c-suite and senior management of multi-billion-dollar companies. Despite challenges as an international student and ethnic minority, Yoyo broke into consulting with the support of a mentor. She is now dedicated to mentoring others and advocating for diversity in the consulting industry.

Andriana Stampoli
Senior researcher, Odgers Berndtson

Andriana currently works as a senior researcher in the Financial Services practice at Odgers Berndtson, an international executive search firm. She works across the full spectrum of financial services including fintech, retail banking, insurance and regulation placing both executive and non-executive directors into senior positions. Andriana is also a member of Women in Banking and Finance’s Future Leaders Shadow Board as Co-Head of their Student Engagement Strategy.

Gabi Kehily
Investment Advisor, J.P. Morgan Private Bank

Gabi is an Investment Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, advising ultra-high-net-worth and family office UK clients on multi-asset investments. Passionate about impact investing, she also promotes the next generation of entrepreneurs and professionals. She previously worked at Citi Private Bank and holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham. Gabi also supports WIBF’s Corporate Partnerships, enhancing partner engagement and value.
